Aggressive, Effective and Experienced Criminal Defense
During Mr. Johnson's years of work as a Police Officer, S.W.A.T. team member, Narcotics Detective and member of the District Attorney's office, he saw people caught in a system that never gave them a fair shake. He saw people go to jail who might have been able to access another path through the legal system, or who with the proper defense might have been released. You have a choice about the quality of the lawyer who will represent you.
An important part of the aforementioned experience has to do with our credibility with the people on the other side. We can evaluate the case, know how to fight it if we need to, or if it isn't in the client's best interest, we know how to negotiate, who to negotiate with and we know that the person on the other side is going to listen to us. Thus, we can maximize the quality of the agreement for our clients. We also, because of our experience, can streamline the system and make it as painless as possible. Because of our knowledge and relationships, we also can work within the system to make various things happen at the time that works best for the client.
